How may I book online from your web site?

Reserving your room is very easy through our Hotel Reservation System. Click on the RESERVATION section and choose:
- The number of guests;
- The room type (even on multiple choice);
- The dates you plan to stay.
Please click on “VIEW RATES” and complete the “REQUEST OF AVAILABILITY” questionnaire. Please provide all of the information requested to expedite your request. A detailed pricing table will then be shown if we have room availability in our hotel. The total cost of your room reservation will appear; NOT including hotel tax.
If you want to book the reservation go to STEP-3 where you will enter all your personal information including your credit card details.
Your Credit Card will be charged according to our policy.
After sending your personal information, an email will be sent to you with a unique Reservation Code that you can use to communicate with our hotel staff.

Why do I have to include my credit card number?

Your Credit Card is taken as guarantee of your Reservation. We will charge your card for the first night only if your cancellation is not made per our policy of a 24 hours advance notice.

What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?

Cancellation can be made up to 24 hrs prior to arrival at NO CHARGE. After this limit the cost of the FIRST NIGHT will be charged to your credit card.

How long will it take you to respond to my reservation request?

Your RESERVATION will be accepted as you enter your CREDIT CARD information: an email will be sent at the email address you have entered during STEP-3 of the reservation process.
Your "CHECK AVAILABILITY REQUEST" will be handled by our Reservation Office that will provide a direct reply to your email according to Hotel availability.
An answer will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

I don't have 24 hours to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?

Call the hotel directly using the number located at the botton of this page.

Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?

Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation together with a personal code that will allow you to change and modify your reservation.

What is the cost for using online reservation service?

There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use our hotel reservation service.

What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?

VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Diners.

My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?

There are a few possibilities:
-Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
-The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
-You have reached your credit limit.
-There is a computer error.

Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?

Pick-up can be arranged by calling North Texas Airport Transportation. They are located in Denton Texas and will make trips to and from Spirit of the West. Their number is: 940-565-9936.

Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, etc.)?

The hotel staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability, but please feel free to state your request during RESERVATION or CHECK AVAILABILITY REQUEST.

Our children will be with us... do they stay free?

Children under 3 stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding.

Are rollaway beds/cribs available?

We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not offer rollaway beds or cribs.

Is the room rate per person or per night?

The room rate is per night, although there will be an additional small charge for guests exceeding the rooms normal capacity. Taxes are not included in the price you are shown.

What are the directions to the hotel?

The directions to the hotel can be found in the section “OUR LOCATION”.

I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?

In our hotel "SPECIAL OFFERS" and "SPECIAL PACKAGES" you will find the hotel promotions that will allow you to have room rate reductions on your reservation. To be entitled to use one of these special rates, choose one of the offers and then click the "RESERVE IT NOW" button.
Please note that some of these offers are subject to time limits or minimum stay period. Please read carefully the Offer details before booking.
