As Spirit of the West is a full service Resort with 35 guest rooms, we offer the ideal setting for your ceremony and / or reception.
If you are planning a formal wedding, our large Texas Ballroom will accommodate up to 160 guests.
You may want to start with an outdoor ceremony with the beauty of the sunset as your backdrop and reflections of beautiful colors on the water. Your guests will enjoy the open air and feel the touch of nature as they take in the warm breeze and serene quiet. We take great pride in setting the scene for your beautiful ceremony.

Of course outdoor ceremonies may be considered seasonal so we are able to bring your true beginning inside in the comfort of the Ballroom. You will still have the beauty of the wonderful outdoors as our Ballroom is surrounded by large windows which will give you the feel of outdoors with the comforts of home. Our staff is skilled in setting a beautiful room to give you the ambiance of a romantic dinner for two, shared with family and close friends.

If your plans call for a very casual feel, our Western Saloon is perfect for the wedding of your dreams with a more relaxed atmosphere. We will accommodate your request for “the look” you wish to have, also allowing you the opportunity to decorate according to your theme. Our staff will pamper you with all you will need as you enjoy your special moments in the privacy of a room made just for you.

A warm, welcoming atmosphere invites your family and friends to enjoy exquisite food prepared fresh for you and served to meet your specific requests. Our beautiful tranquil settings and recreational activities will provide your guests with fun and relaxing activities while attending your wedding. Our staff can organize a "Men's Golf Scramble" while the ladies have their traditional "Bridal Lunch" if desired.

We offer a variety of dinner buffets including a “create your own” with prices starting as low as $19.95 per person. Of course, if you plan your special event to include extended visits with family and friends, we can offer breakfast or lunch buffets at very affordable prices.

Our wedding package is designed with your dreams and your budget in mind. We offer a wonderful array of choices to complete the desires of your heart. From linens to layer cake, we can help pull it all together.
